Deborah provided an absolutely first class service from start to finish. She has an excellent understanding of what is required in terms of government paperwork and the complicated airline requirements for shipping animals. The fact that she has a background as a veterinary nurse was an added bonus as she also handled the vaccination and healthcare side as well and went the extra mile to make sure that a complicated process came together very smoothly. Senior Girl Roxie, travelled from Calgary via Air Canada to Heathrow Airport England and then onwards to their new family home in Devon. Roxie received supportive veterinary care leading up to her travel date, which made all the difference to her comfort level during the journey.

RICHI Dog travelled from Vancouver, B.C. via Air France en-route to Spain.

Richi had a complicated situation, but with all things made possible, arrived safely home with his Dad in Valencia Spain.
